Welcome to Lakeview Oasis, a beautiful 4 bedroom home in the lovely Clearwater Harbor neighborhood in Kingsland, Texas on Lake LBJ.
This newly built home is very well designed and decorated and makes for a great place to relax for your lake getaway.
Upon entering the house you will be treated to lots of great natural light from the large windows on the back of the house. The downstairs has two bedrooms with TV’s and California King beds. The Master bathroom has an en suite dual vanity with a steam shower and second bedroom has a shower/tub combo.
The living area downstairs is spacious with a large sectional and chair and large size flat screen tv. This is a great area to relax after a day at the pool or on the lake!
The kitchen is spacious and has bar stool seating for 4 as well as a dining table that sits 8 guests.
This area has plenty of windows that give great views out to the pool and views of the lake and plenty of natural sunlight!
Upstairs you will find a playroom with another large comfy sectional and large flat screen tv. A great place for kids to watch movies and relax after playing hard all day.
Both bedrooms upstairs feature two sets of bunk beds there are two more bathrooms to service the guests upstairs as well.
Just steps out the back door you will find a large swimming pool with a large soaking step. The backyard also has a gas grill, and an outside dining table for six people.
This great community also comes with several amenities for your use during your stay. There is a community pool, basketball/pickle ball court, bocce ball court and sand volleyball court.
Boats and trailers are not allowed to be parked at house per HOA regulations.
We love our neighbors and want to be extremely considerate of their peace and property! Noise curfew is in effect from 10pm-8am.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 12 guests. We manage several nearby rental properties and therefore often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
There is a limit of 4 vehicles unless otherwise approved.
