Welcome to LBJ Farmhouse!
This home recently went through a major renovation and the results are spectacular. This 4 bedroom home is located on the Llano arm of Lake LBJ in beautiful Kingsland, Texas.
When you enter this home you are treated to lots of natural light in the living area with a sectional sofa and chair to relax on. There is also a ping pong table for plenty of family fun! Off of this living area you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed and the other bedroom has two full size beds. These two bedrooms share a cute bathroom with shower/tub combo.
As you head to the back of the house you will find a small staircase that leads to another bedroom with a king size bed and beautiful en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo.
Another small set of stairs leads you to the second living area. The large windows offer incredible views of the lake. This room has a super comfy sofa and chairs, making it a very popular spot to relax and soak up the views during your getaway The room opens up to the kitchen which features a huge island with bar seating for five. The kitchen is well outfitted and has all the amenities needed to cook some great meals on your trip!
The fourth bedroom is neatly tucked away off the kitchen and living area. It has a king size bed with twin bunk beds and another en suite bathroom.
Next make your way out back to a large turf grass yard, a great deck and a large two story dock with views for days! There is a dining table for six on the patio as well as a seating area with a coffee table, a great place to relax after a day on the lake.
Beautiful trees provide shade in the backyard as you stroll down to the two story dock.
The second story of the dock is large with plenty of seating, incredible views of the lake and Packsaddle mountain to the west.
This property is absolutely beautiful and ready for you to come stay!
We love our neighbors and want to be extremely considerate of their peace and property! Noise curfew is in effect from 10pm-8am.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy at all times for this home is 12 guests. We manage several nearby rental properties and therefore often have staff in the area. Please come and have a good time, but remember that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive to surrounding neighbors will result in you forfeiting the remainder of your stay.
There is a limit of 4 vehicles unless otherwise approved.
